Food was fantastic! Better than it has been in a very, very long time. It was fresh, hot and not dried out from being on the buffet forever. If you haven't been in while, give it another try. The new owners have breathed new life into the place!

We went as a family for dinner. The service was mediocre. The server left us for more than 30 minutes after we received our food. I did not see her again until I went to pay. The owner was all over the place, speaking so fast that you couldn't understand her and while I was waiting to pay she forgot half of another person's order and had to remake it. She couldn't focus at all so I couldn't even explain how our visit went to her. Finally I go up to pay for food that wasn't worth half the price we paid and I had to ask 3 times for containers to put left overs in (for our dogs). The server answered the phone while she was taking my payment and I had to ask someone else for the containers. We had ordered eggplant parmesan that was way over cooked and tasted burnt, shrimp scampi that had burnt tasting butter and overcooked shrimp, a steak that was half fat (glad we paid $17 for that), a child's portion of spaghetti and meatballs (the meatball was so disgusting my daughter wouldn't eat the rest of her meal and she loves pasta) and a slice of chicken wing pizza that was originally a slice of cheese pizza that had grilled chicken and hot sauce thrown on top. The salad bar had mixed plain lettuce and spinach leaves thrown together. There were only tomatoes and cucumbers that were fresh vegetables. Everything else was canned. The only good tasting food we received were the garlic knots and even those were a tad burnt on the bottom. We will not be visiting this establishment again.

The pizza is usually lackluster and some of the items on the menu (such as some of the subs) are not really anything to write home about. They aren't bad, but nothing to get excited about. However the wing selection is pretty decent. If you are in the mood for Italian there are better choices in Greene.

Website times and actual times never match. Website says they open at 12pm , I call.. they don't open until three they said on phone. So fix the website for correct times or just make your own up daily. This happened on Black Friday as well. Make up your mind or set hours according to your own schedule so we patrons know when to call or not
