Owner Tony is amazing. He worked with me throughout the building process of our new home. Despite my youth, he was always courteous and kind, explaining floor choices in detail, considerations for longevity, traffic area, climate/temperature/humidity concerns for specific area of our house. He was so knowledgeable and never even hinted at what must have been laughably, very naive questions. I was also impressed that when I decided to accent some bathroom wall tile with tile he did not have (a strange anomaly, as he has THE BEST selection in tri city area and beyond), anyway, he was very supportive, never allowing me to feel funny about customizing in this way. He provided top quality select grade oak flooring - the real stuff - at great prices, personally inspecting all of our floor purchases. He even stopped over and gave approval on our tile layout design for a large main living area of our home - the tile layout plan had to account for a large uniquely shaped kitchen island and flow into another room where it provided a path to and around a stand alone floor to ceiling brick fireplace - made more challenging due to larger tile size. It looks awesome now but could have looked awful esp around edges and doorways had the careful planning not been done. Tony is a charismatic consummate professional, we so valued his support and LOVE the results. As I reflect on some of our initial thoughts for flooring and where we wound up in the end, I can only again praise Tony's knowledge and expert guidance.

Tony is very knowledgeable and kind. He can figure out exactly what you need for a project very quickly and does not try to up sell anything. I made a large purchase yesterday and the total price was far better than Home Depot or Lowes for what i needed. Even if some prices were slightly higher than the competition, it'd still be worth going here for his expertise and ease of ordering and pickup!

Tony is very personable, honest and beyond helpful! The kitchen tile I purchased is beautiful and looks amazing! It is true quality yet reasonably priced. I have received so many compliments and friends have been asking where I purchased the product. I tell them Tony at Binghamton floor Store! Thank you Tony! Tony has consistently met every expectation I have had for all of my flooring needs - both at my business and at my home. He freely shares product knowledge and uses his 30 plus years of experience to suggest appropriate products. The price is more than fair - his low overhead is definitely passed on to customers through lower pricing and quality service. I have made purchases of hardwood flooring, tile floors/walls, vinyl flooring and carpeting and fully satisfied with every project.
